Travel

Warsaw has a convenient location in the center of Europe, and it is easy to reach from most European cities through direct or connected flights. There are two Warsaw airports -Okęcie and Modlin. You can use also airports in other Polish cities such as Radom, Gdańsk, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź or Katowice and then take train connections.
Participants from outside Europe can also benefit from cheaper intra-European flights, for example from Prague or Berlin. This is important information for guests from outside Europe – using cheaper European airlines in a combined journey can significantly reduce travel costs.
Accommodation
The conference venue is located in the north-western part of Warsaw (Młociny district, Wóycickiego Street 1/3). You can choose a hotel near the campus or opt for a location closer to the city center, from where you can reach the venue using taxi (20 min) or public transport (25 – 30 min). We will soon post accommodation suggestions here.
